My Fitness Plan Instructions

Welcome to the H.E.A.L.T.H. Fitness Planner. You will use this tool to plan and record your daily workouts. You will be given an individualized workout program based on your current assessment responses. You will also have the option to create a custom workout by clicking on the tab Workout Generator.

Quick Tour of the Fitness Planner

  • All Strength Exercises
  • The My H.E.A.L.T.H. button brings you back to the My H.E.A.L.T.H. page.
  • The Print button allows you to print your fitness plan for the day.
  • The Progress button above “Help button” allows you to view charts of your progress.
  • The Copy These Exercises to Another Day button allows you duplicate this Exercise plan and move it to another day.
  • Workout Generator button allows you create a custom workout by choosing between; create a custom workout, use a pre-made strength workout, use a pre-made HIIT or Tabata workout option.
  • The Intensity explains how to exercise in the correct training zone.
  • button allows you to view a video and pictures for the selected exercise.
  • button allows you to delete a selected exercise or you can choose the delete all to remove all exercises from your plan.
  • button allows you to edit the reps, sets, and intensity.
  • button allows you to add an exercise as a favorite that will add it under your exercise category “favorite”.
  • Add Exercises button allows you to add new exercises. You then have the option to choose from a list of categories or create a custom exercise.
  • button allows you to search for exercises by name.
  • Add This allows you to add the number of sets, reps and intensity then add it to your plan.

A Quick Tour of APFT tab

  • Reset button allows you to change your sit-ups, push-ups, and run results/scores.
  • Save button allows you to save your sit-ups, push-ups, and run results/scores.
  • The calendar icon button opens a pop-up calendar for you to change the date of your APFT.
  • Instructions link directs you to guidelines for the APFT training plan.
